Executive Manager
A busy, innovative, person-centred training practice in Inverness invites applications for a full-time Executive Manager following retirement. List size 10,040 with six partners. Working within a Board structure and reporting to the Executive Partner, the successful applicant will work strategically to enable the practice to deliver high quality, efficient healthcare.
You will have senior managerial business experience; high level interpersonal and HR skills; advanced IT literacy and administrative effectiveness; financial astuteness; proven leadership and change management skills; and a customer care focus. NHS experience is desirable.
