The Practice is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and our data
controller is our Practice Manager.

You are entitled to have access to your medical records held by the practice.  This should be done in writing stating exactly what information you require. We have to make a small administrative charge to let you see your records and further charge for any copies that you require Certain services that we carry out attract NHS payments that the Practice needs to claim and have verified.  Routine checks on medical records will be made for this purpose by NHS staff.
