The Practice has
some of your medical details and
appointments on a computer
system.
With approx 10,000
patients on our list, we ask you for
your name
and date of birth to make sure that
we identify you correctly.
The computer
prints all prescriptions and keeps
track of when you are due for
follow-up e.g. blood pressure check,
smear etc. and increasingly keeps
details of your complete medical
history.
